You can see why Madrid were so desperate for the super league money.

An all English final could just be the start, outside Bayern, the rest of the European super powers are on their knees. Barca bankrupt, Real awful, Juve lost, Milan being carried by 45 year old Ibrahimovic, Inter bankrupt, PSG more likely to lose their big stars than add to them.

It really wouldn't be surprising if we saw an English period of dominance like the Spanish period from 2015-2020.

Surely we’re already seeing it. It’s only two years since both finals were contested by English teams. The worry for other countries is that if it happens again, the four finals will have been contested by 6 teams, and that suggests a real stranglehold.

Well deserved from Chelsea,only other thing is we need to beat them or minimum draw on Saturday in the league nothing to do with putting a marker down just to see them play a proper first 11 in remaining games to keep them battling for top 4..

They have only conceded a goal in 6 of their last 24 matches.

For context, we have conceded in 13 of our last 24 matches.
