Only positive to Chelsea going through is I think there's an outside chance that enough pressure can be put on UEFA to move the final to the UK.

Not a chance of moving it at this late stage. Certainly not to Wembley - it's the play-offs that weekend. Even if they did move it to (say) Cardiff, we'd still only get 4000 tickets max per club.

I think there still is, even MP's are discussing it.

That 4000 is only due to the capacity of official trips the clubs can put on, don't think you can go via unofficial trips.
