Same here, its showing the first 2 games as reserved but at normal prices without the Cup Scheme or ST holder discount when I go to check them out. Rang supporter services as thought sod those prices I'll relocate for these games. They can't do any relocations today, asked why and she said I don't know :-D ffs

Still begs the question of why the tickets are showing as reserved rather than sold?Just means they will take the payment later.

They'll be reserved until payment has been taken.

I got two tickets for the Lyon game today, but they aren't loaded on my card.
Site said all tickets from June 2018 on are paper tickets. My renewal for myself and son is October so I figured maybe after the new card is issued loading would be possible.
Payment history shows the payment has gone through. Ticket points awarded, but ticket history doesn't show them.
The OS has got a lot less user friendly and trustworthy IMO.
To be safe I've popped an e-mail asking if the tickets will be e-mailed or posted on time.
Anyone ITK on this.

Has anyone on the Chumps League scheme had the money taken from card or had an email yet.
was supposed to be week beginning 3rd, although its not end of the week yet,
had a problem couple of years back when i incorrectly added my card details on just one of the cup schemes all the rest correct.
so ended up not getting a ticket until a questioned it.
