Champions League Tickets

Sorry if it’s been posted already, but I can’t find anything.

Am on the Cup scheme for the champions league and I’m in SS3, and from what I can gather the away fans are going up there?
So obviously will be being relocated, but, had nothing gone from my bank for the Lyon tickets and when I log in my account , it says I have something ‘reserved’, if I click on it, nothing is there?
If anyone can help cheers otherwise be on the phone Monday morning

Don't worry. I get same but my seat is not available for sale. This 'reservations' bollox is just one of many things which aint working on our wonderful new ticket website.

SS3 not available to buy since Tuesday I was told today when I tried to buy the seat next to mine online for Hoffenheim in December. Was able to do it by phone though and the booking fee was waivered.

Same bollocks on my account, in east stand 3 and my seats not one being relocated but same as you no money taken no email received and nothing in the reservation box although the alert says there is ! New website is worse than the old one and and who ever designed it has excelled themselves to make it worse than that bag of shit. Going to phone on tomorrow as the ticket office is open on Saturday morning.

Starting to worry, not had any sign of money taken or ticket emails and this game is just over a week away!
 
Spoke to Customer Services recently. Those on the CL scheme will automatically get the cheap price 'bundle'.
 
Don't panic (yet). Supporter Services have said that the money won't be taken now until some time this week!
