, select the history bar on the top selection boxes open this and a small box with tickets will pop up. On the rIght hand side is a arrow which will give you different options press payments and this will give you a list of recent transections this should show the price of your Lyon tickets. The new system is a nightmare and not sure if their going to send out confirmation emails any more ! I posted above that this is more of an accounts system than a ticket one.

That's very helpful, thanks. Just checked and it shows my payment as 'confirmed' yesterday but still no email confirmation. If this has been scrapped, along with texting, then we'll have no proof of purchase if a seasoncard activation doesn't happen for some reason. For those of us travelling long distances it will be in the hope that when we arrive at the stadium we can actually get in !
May need to take a screen dump of payment confirmation just in case. As you say, it's a nightmare.

Think it gives you reicept/purchase number on the end line but why not send out emails to stop all the messing about we have to do but glad your sorted.

What a pain - been expecting payment to go since the 03/09 like it said on the site, constant refresh of online banking.


Think we need to use some of the profit to buy a calendar. . . Go proper old school, none of this new fangled technology stuff.

Despite being in the cup schemes the site is showing that I have reserved my tickets for the first two games but not bought them. What's that all about then ? Surely I don't have to go on and buy them as appears to be the inference?

I've had an email thanking me for my purchase - of the Lyon game. I'm on the scheme, and it appears to be working the same way as last season.

I'm a ST holder on the cup scheme but it says I'm being charged 22.50 for the Lyon game - is that right? i assumed we would get the bundle price but maybe we are and they are charging it in a specific way

That sounds about right mate, think from memory the face value for the Lyon tickets was around £35ish in the east stand L1 for me and the other two were slightly cheaper so they have probably taken it as 3 equal payments. Guess the actual price will depend on your seats.

Have Cup Scheme members had emails & money taken yet?

My wife checked the back account yesterday and the money had been taken out. Got an email today advising ticket has been loaded to my card. Seems the Club has it priorities right !

How did people get the bundle. I was in the champions league scheme and have just been charged for Lyon. God knows how it works. It said you need to buy all 3 tickets to get the discount. But how do you buy all 3 if already on the scheme? Hopefully someone can help. Thanks
