Champions League Tickets

I was on champions League scheme and it seems like it's taken me off with out me doing it. This happened to anyone else?

Found that too but for a system that's cost more than a few shecycles it's crap or perhaps the non information on using it to be more precise . Seems to me it's non user friendly on purpose a case of we've got your money it's up to you to find out how to use the site. Don't understand why there is no email sent for cup scheme purchases unless it's to save administration time for the ticket office, also website and ticket office / supporter services not in cInc as the guy I spoke too last week didn't now the website stated money would be taken from week of 3rd September so something seems wrong.
 
Seems to me looking at the ticket site it actually looks like an accounts based system that's had a link to ticketing bolted on to it perhaps SAP have had a hand in this maybe somebody with more IT knowledge than me will know if this correct ? Had something similar at work for procurement but was a pain and very time consuming.
 
Four gone out, one hasn’t. Supporter Services closed for the evening, the guy I spoke to at the ticket line was very helpful but can’t do anything to solve the issue.
 
So are we supposed to get confirmation emails/texts like we used to, or just assume that things will work on the night?

Seems a backwards step to me.
 
On the scheme and had no confirmation or anything. Nothing on the site to say I’ve got A ticket.
I’ve got an alert that says I’ve got reservations, whatever the fuck that means, but there’s nothing in the box on the reservations page.
None of
My mates on the scheme have had any notifications either.

, select the history bar on the top selection boxes open this and a small box with tickets will pop up. On the rIght hand side is a arrow which will give you different options press payments and this will give you a list of recent transections this should show the price of your Lyon tickets. The new system is a nightmare and not sure if their going to send out confirmation emails any more ! I posted above that this is more of an accounts system than a ticket one.
 
Even after you've bought your ticket, you can relocate to the 1894 Section in the south stand. We're trying to get people in there who'll sing and generate an atmosphere. If you're keen you just need to click the link below and enter your details!
