I think you're right with your first sentence.
But the second is off the mark - if he was trigger happy Carrick would already have gone.
They look like they've has alot of managers, but a deeper look suggests most have had a couple of years - compared to others that'd classify as longevity.

So pleased for our 14 year old. He didn't need another relegation. John Eustace has worked a miracle from 7 points adrift and a plethora of injuries. Now the rebuild really begins.
