champs league or prem title

both, dont do one or the other

the most important is the game you are playing at the time, win that and the rest takes care of its self
 
I am not sure why but i really dont care about the chumps league i would much rather us win the prem year after year with a few cups thrown in,i think i feel like this because deep down i know we are no were near good enoigh to go all the way and win it, maybe when we beat teams like barca home and away i will be more excited by it as a competition for us.
 
when people call us a a small club this is the reason why they will. BARCELONA, PSG, REAL MADRID, JUVENTUS, BAYERN, DORTMUND....chelsea to a degree even FERGIE when he was about all had their eyes n europe because as good as winning the title is the European cup is teh barometer for judging clubs success across europe. Its why real madrid are the biggest club in the world, because they have 9 european cups. If we are to get rid of this mentality surely city should be making europe an essential challenge and we the fans should try and encourage that. i hate to compare city with utd but surely for us to ever truly turn ourselves into a big club the EUROPEAN CUP IS ESSENTIAL. i agree its not the best formula to decide the best team but what does winning a league title prove bar being the best of a limited bunch. there is something irritating about a one -dimensional side that is infuriating. we've made ourselves look like mugs in the last 2 years and if all we wanna do is go into europe and get sent back looking like mugs then we oughta take a long look at our ambitions. the league is important no doubt........but we will never get to the top unless the european cup accompanies that. I like pellergrini i think he'll make city tick and a bit more savvy. but if you ask me all the great clubs who are considered great sides, Madrid 50s, milan 80s/90s, liverpool 70s/80s, ajax/bayern of 70s, benfica, Barcelona of recent past are all considered great because they married domestic success with european success or in milan and madrids case someimes just european success. why be the best in your country when you can be the best in europe than the world. EUROPE > TITLE
 
What we want doesn't matter... the guys who run the club want to build their UEFA coefficient points and this means getting out from the group stages of the UCL as their main priority.
This will benefit the club long term with qualifying into easier groups thus making it easier for our domestic league as well.
 
If my choice made a difference probably the premier league title. We're still a million miles away from winning the champions league so if we want to focus on one, i'd say the prem. I think any trophy at all this season would be nice imo, even the Capital One. I'll be satisfied if we finish top three the league and make it past the group stages. I wouldn't mind finishing behind Chelsea, just as long as the rags don't win a trophy.
 
How can we have no chance of winning the champions league?

Does no one remember Chelsea winning it last year? They were no where near the best team in it same with Liverpool in 2005.

We are in it so we have a chance of winning it.
