Certainly possible within the 3 year timescale you're talking about. Can't see us doing it this coming season though. Top 6 and a cup will do for starters though!

I very much doubt it, the biggest problem will be that with the world cup next summer it's going to be a nightmare replacing out manager, so the irony is this year might be our best chance over the next 3!
