charity shield ticket update

The Cup Scheme issue may be an issue with the Website? Mine were on the other week but have now disappeared. Points are still showing for them though.
 
My tickets came last week. I tried for over an hour to do it on line but couldn't get connected when clicking the buy ticket button. Just getting waiting for answer. Tried the phone and amazingly was through in ten minutes but had to pay the booking fee for two tickets and the recorded delivery cost. Very poor organisation this time and I am sure some of the reason why we wont sell our allocation. If you could have gone to the ground earlier they would have gone by now. I have never had any problems at all when buying at the ground.

I can't believe nobody appears to have been monitoring the speed of sales and doing something about it sooner. Poor, very poor.

I think it may have been ales online or sell at the grund - not both. And after the semi and FA cup Final 90% said they wanted to be able to buy online.

Need to be able to do both, and you need a reliable web-site. Mind you it has always worked really well for me

welcome back mate, you can still order tickets over the phone and collect them from wembley ticket office.

i think there is still decent availability.
 
So fucking sick of the poxy ticket agency sorting the charity shield tkts. Have just been told that my tkts (ordered 21/7) are in a batch from the same day that hasn't been posted out yet due to an admin error. This is the 3rd different explanation I've had in the last 3 days. The service is a bit of a joke and I have now realised that the sales reps will tell you any old shite just to get rid of you. Come back MCFC ticket office, all is forgiven, and sack this bunch of tossers

Ordered mine on 22/7. After five days of explaining I need my ticket on Friday at the latest they said there was no guarantee it would arrive before Saturday.
This afternoon I was able to arrange too pick the ticket up at Wembley.

Just been to the ground picked 4 up for my mate all the 20 pound tickets cat d sold but there were still loads of the others left he said we wont sell out shame
 
this is fucking ridiculous.
mine still hasnt come and there is no one in my house to sign for it if it does come within the next 3 days so they will take it back to the post office and im working 8 till 6 now for the next 3 days.
what the fuck am i supposed to do?

what tickets were available i may be needing a couple more?

are there just the 25 pound ones left, and was it easy to get them together.

They seemed to be doing pretty good business at the Ticket Office today. Might not be that many left after all.

MEN report (in the article about Police appeal to fans) that

United sold out their share earlier this week but some tickets remained in the City section priced at £20 and £25.
