The behaviour of the Republicans, telling lies over and over again, not admitting Trump lost the 2020 election. Kissing Trumps ring, Trump himself by his lies and actions are the main reason this guy has been killed. The GOP are a bunch of sychophantic spineless, lowlife amoral piece of crap. They are going to be outraged and call for extra security to keep themselves safe, wringing their collective hands saying we need answers as to why this happened. Well maybe, just maybe they should all go and look at themselves in a mirror. That will give them their answer. I'm not absolving Charlie Kirk of any responsibility, certainly his rhetoric would have contributed to what has happened to him. There is no excuses for the guy that killed him but Trump and the GOP all have blood on their hands as well.

How about repealing your ridiculous gun laws which STILL seem to be justified on something said in the 1800's (or 1700's) about the world in the 1800 or 1700's. I think you'll find that would have a much better effect of reducing killings like this (and all those school kids!)

It seems nuts that the yanks dont see what a positive step this would be. Aside from the vested interest lobbies I suspect there are concerns that “the bad guys” would not give them up so “the good guys” need them too. Ultimately self defeating tho

The person who was detained wasn't the shooter, so very possible.

Having seen a different angle (unfortunately), definitely sounds like its a long range shot and obviously somebody who knows what they are doing.
 
So utterly heartbreaking, the world has lost a shining light in this darkness we are currently in.

The man called parents liars for saying their children were victims of a school shooting and all Kirk is concerned with is the money? So it's not right to crush Alex Jones but it's some how right for Alex Jones to crush the parents?
 
Ive never heard of him but I dont do social media, Im too intelligent for facebook or any of the others. Awful shame to get shot by being affiliated to that hateful **** Trump and sympathies go out etc. Was this person anyone influential?

It’s not a simple fact yet. We don’t know the motive.

If you are fearful for your life because of an opinion you HAVE then the logical thing to do is to shut the fuck up and don’t offer your opinion in public.

Without trying to sound callous, no one on earth would have known who Kirk was had he held all the exact same opinions but been a gardener or something.

It doesn’t make what happened right in any way, shape or form. But nothing and no one is forcing you to offer your opinion in public. I repeat: nothing and no one.

He used to go to universities and debate people reminded me of Simon Jordan in that he would speak very fast thinking it made him look intelligent, when in fact he was a right wing god botherer, same as all the other MAGA nuts thinking if they shout louder they are right. Have a look at him been debated at Oxford university he’s absolutely rinsed by intelligent students and professors something he hardly got in the USA, he was an arsehole in my opinion but like most people didn’t deserve to be shot but then he championed the 2nd amendment!
