The penny has dropped. More Beer and Food selling.

TBH, because we got there early we ended up by four extra pints and a burger, chill beef chips, and then a pie and chips at half time. about £21 on food we never usually buy.

Had 3 in D's one which was apparently Tetleys and two decent Caffreys then had a Fosters inside, it may have been cheap but made what passed as Tetleys seem great.

I commend City for doing this but when there's no draught bitter and D's beer is better there's a long way to go.

The Heineken in the ground isn't too bad.
Wish they would put the IPA back on tho, that was pretty decent.

It's as much about getting people inside early as about sales. It reduces queues and means there are less peoplee outside in the event of 'something' going wrong. Hence why the rags are also doing it.

They have a better selection in 93:20 and still at £2.50 a pint, don't know why they don't sell the same in all the bars.
