What about ipad 2 and 4 though, is it worth spending more or do they do exactly the same thing? Right, Mrs P wants an iPad for Christmas and i'm going to get it out of the way now. I have seen an iPad 2, 16g for £329, an iPad mini for £269 or a 4th generation retina display, 16g for £399.
What is retina display? Why is it making it that much more expensive and is a 4th generation that much better than an iPad 2?
Retina display just means that the pixel resolution of the screen is so small (huge number of pixels per inch) that you cannot see individual pixels with the naked eye,
The resolution is so good it can beat your retinas.
