Ok makes a bit of sense. Would it have been pursued if it wasn't a profile footballer?
Who knows it wouldn't have made it outside the local newspaper even if it hadOk makes a bit of sense. Would it have been pursued if it wasn't a profile footballer?

Of course it's a monetary issue. He earned well for four or five years and hasn't earned a penny since. Aguero has a lot of cash but that doesn't mean that because he's set for life, he will be happy to play for free for the next four years. Then his loss of liberty etc.Haven't read them - will do. Not true on compo though that depends entirely on why and what would it matter, he has that much cash he doesn't need the compensation so it would not be a monetary issue, his vindication depends on what comes out and bearing in mind they asked for a retrial it is clearly something that could change the balance of probability rather than being crystal clear
Especially in GermanyFucking hell, reading some of the comments in the past few pages you get the impression that it's only ever men that cheat on their partners. Think about it - for all the blokes cheating on their other halves with another woman, there has to be a similar number of women cheating on their partners too.
If he is indeed innocent, Evans' behaviour on the night still falls well short of what is morally acceptable towards his girlfriend but don't anyone dare tell me that some women aren't also capable of shitting on their partners too.
Especially in Germany
