What happens to the accuser?
Nothing, and it shouldn't.
Wasn't it the CPS acting on reports rather than anything. The girl seems fairly consistent about things, but criminal things are brought by the CPS.

Wouldn't be surprised if he went after the accuser too to claim loss of earnings. He comes across as that kind of character.Seeing as he did time for the original sentence, is he now entitled to compensation for wrongful imprisonment?
I quite clearly stated he was not guilty of rape.
True. The" no smoke without fire" argument. His best bet might be to try to resurrect his career abroad.Sad thing is he'll never shake the stigma. He'll have songs sung at him at matches, he'll have the social justice warriors and people in public still calling him a rapist for the rest of his career.
She never accused him, she said she couldnt remember and the CPS pushed on with the trial, they are the ones that should be held accountable if anyone

She never actually accused him. What happens to the accuser?
Fair enough. I just don't see why his behaviour on the night should be mentioned in the same sentence. Hundreds of thousands of people - male and female - go out on the lash every weekend in the UK and a fair old percentage end of getting up to things that that their partners wouldn't be too happy about
