Because he has just been on trial for rape, so it isnt outrageous to mention that he is not guilty of rape, I didnt pluck it out of thin air to describe the way he behaved.
No but you seemed to imply that even if he didn't do it, he was kind of asking to be convicted anyway. If that wasn't your intention then fair enough, we'll leave it at that.
Anyway, on separate note and this isn't aimed at you, I see it took the jury just 3 hours to unanimously acquit him. I've maintained since day one that I felt this conviction was unsafe, as have many others on here, and it's resulted in accusations of misogyny and apologists for rape in some quarters which was bang out of order.
