I do love a bit of Danish blue ,I also like to have some cheese whilst watching said Danish blue

Had a great Fondue the other night, one bowl of a Gruyere based sauce (6' long strings of cheese attached to whatever was put in there) and one Rarebit bowl. Food of the Gods!

I agree, good on Pizzas too. I fancy trying some Wasabi cheese, anybody tried it?

Oh yes, my man. It is delightful on a good meat feast.

Not tried the wasabi cheese.
