Fuck me that was hard work,far better second half but then couldn’t control the game,I’ll say one more thing we are 5 points behind arsenal who have been brilliant up till now,yet we have been off colour in a large number of our games,yet we are still in touching distance be very weary arsenal be very weary ..
 
Pep got away with that big time.

Worst performance under Pep in the first half by a long way.

He changed the formation in the second half and immediately better.....Bernardo and Foden immediately getting at their fullbacks and getting in behind the fullbacks...KDB even though off a little still was better (he couldnt have been much worse). Rodri looked so much more comfortable.

Chelsea were truly poor ....if we dont get a lot better we dont deserve to win the league.

Pep needs to stop fuckign around with formations

We were certainly poor in that game and made hard work of it.

That said, since the World Cup we have won 3 and had 1 draw. Two of those wins coming against Chelsea and Liverpool. So we are grinding out results anyway.

We need to up our performances though if we’re going to go on a long run of good results
 
Grealish and Mahrez shouldn't play together!

Energy levels not the best yet. Foden, Walker and Cancelo rusty, KDB off form. Very important win, though. We'll hit form later, now it's important to win as many games as possible.
 
Ground it out and looked much better after HT and then once we got the goal we went back into our shell. Rico and Grealish made a difference for sure and Stones was a rock at the back. Good win on the road under pressure to get 3 points.
 
We’re struggling to find form, important win against a poor Chelsea side.
