Grealish should’ve started :(
Yep
It might have been a great game for the neutral but from our perspective it's two points thrown away. You just can't score four goals away from home and not win it's ridiculous.

For all the wanking about Gvardiol I'm not impressed.....and yes I know he's still settling in. The biggest problem is our midfield. Without De Bruyne and Stones it's as weak as fuck. Nunes and Kovacic are well below the level we are used to and as for Phillips, he's a lost cause. No decent midfield protecting it means our defence creaks when it's put under pressure and boy was it today. Individually and collectively they were shocking.

Looking on the positive side were still top by a point and we normally get better as the season progresses. I guess it's just raw after scoring so late not to win it so I may be being overly critical.
Bang on - although I think Phillips has had a shitty raw deal. So lost cause? One of our making.

The problem was we had no midfield. I believe if we had done the Kova substitute earlier we would have gained control and won the game. Doku for Grealish shouldn’t have been the first substitute.

Our problem was in the centre of midfield - far too often Chelsea had a free player in front of our defence.
But it shouldn't have mattered - the 6 shots that went straight at their keeper should have gone in.

There would never be a player who would play the John stones role other than him .

How can you not be disappointed when we threw away another 2 points in last minute
Because in the bigger scheme of things we didn’t lose and Chelsea already started to look a better outfit this last couple of weeks. Also on reflection I think they deserved a point too. So although it’s not ideal to drop potential points late on it’s not as gut wrenching as past results. Only my opinion though.
