Chelsea (A) | PL | Post Match Thread

Big shout out to all the Blues there today - a great noise all through the game, to the almost total silence of 'the Bridge'. I thought we missed Stones and someone like Gundo would have been useful too. Still left the ground feeling a little disappointed.

Yet again - away end full of tourists on their phones not singing with their half and half scarves - what kind of real City fan sells their tickets to tourists?? Obviously making a mint from them (and denying a load of Blues on lower points the right to support the team) - but it is fucking wrong - exchange it on here at face value, if you cant go - scumbags.
The away fans today were load and proud. Especially if your correct and it was full of tourists. CTID

It was weird seeing City concede so many today and it was not as if Chelsea were lucky with their chances.
I thought we would be very strong defensively this season but we have now lost our "least goals conceded" stat to the dippers and Arsenal. I was hoping that we might break Chelsea's record for least goals conceded over the course of a season (15 in 2004-2005) but it looks like we might do well to keep it to twice that.

It’s a useless stat really, the only one that matters is points

Jack contributed a treble last season and a league the season before. You must have missed those games?

The rest of your analysis I agree with.
Thanks for that. Sorry we can’t agree about Grealish. We paid £100m for a player we didnt need. He was crap the first season. He was ok last season but nothing like level I expect from a £100m player and this season he’s been crap again. Anyway, that’s why we have a forum, so we can post opinio and agree to disagree every now and then.

Dias turned into Otamendi today. Lunging in off his feet for the penalty and the Jackson goal where he could have dealt with the rebound off Ederson if he was still standing.

You've asked it before and not received a satisfactory answer because it's such a fucking stupid question. Stick to watching ice hockey because you clearly understand f-all about football.
If you honestly think Grealish is worth the money we paid for him you shouldn’t be questioning how much I know about football.

Great game. Loved it. Well done to both sides. Fabulous spectacle enjoyed with a nice bottle of champagne and canapés.

I think it’s mainly adolescent teenagers but City fans crying about wether Sterling or Cole celebrated or disrespected us… get a grip you soft arses.

Both great servants to city over many years. Cole who made the club a huge profit and Raz who won tons of trophies for us and got us all our money back from his initial fee. Players like this will always be fondly remembered by true blues.
I have absolutely no problem with former players celebrating against us - the straight faced thing is nonsense.

Bit harsh. He's very talented - it's just whether he has what it takes mentally I think.

Took his penner well today under pressure.
I didn't say he wasn't talented. He is just has a poor mentality which makes him a poor player for me.

Yeah, thought we were poor all round, including Pep. Whether or not they carried out his plans, I don't know, but 4 players and maybe include Bernie on all out attack left Rodri really exposed and Manu didn't really get the Stones roll on the left!
They ran through are middle at will.
This Pep bloke needs to give his head a wobble!
