Was at Stamford Bridge last night and I've just watched the game again ref was a **** and we again missed to many chances. Stones at the end was typical of our luck in front of goal. Kante should have been off for persistent fouling, Costa has to see red for the studs down Vinny. Delph played really well as did Kompany. Clichy is utter gash and I can't wait for him to leave.

100% agree in relation to Kante, Dean just gave him a free reign to kick Silva. Standard of refs is appalling and is getting worse.

I thought we played well last night certainly in the first half where our offensive play was quick and incisive albeit lacking a clinical finish. Second half when Matic came on they just parked the bus and we lacked spark and invention and created little.

But we are not far away and like others have said once we get the defence sorted with pacey full backs that is when we will see progression in terms of results.

You won't have seen me give Silva a free pass or anyone who's been below par, that I imagine fuels the many gripes people seem to have with me; objectivity. Silva gets hacked to pieces granted, whereas Kev shits out of any contact before it can be made.

Kev is rather more talented than Nacho and so, more importantly, is Sergio. KDB is not a passenger but he is also not in his best form. I'd probably play him less at the moment but I'm not sure anyone else will actually deliver more creativity etc and I suspect Pep is currently convinced of that and that is why he keeps starting him. I'm most assuredly convinced that Pep is better placed to judge than me or you.
