Chelsea (a) post match thread

Maybe it's just me, but I thought we were pretty dross and it reminded me of our 1-1 draw v Chelsea under Pellegrini in 2014/15 when we never really went for it.

Second half was sterile possession which led to nothing. There's no flexibility or plan B go us, and I fear we're becoming like Arsenal.

I thought we played well,no end product unfortunately, but on another day the Stones and Aguero opportunities go in......certainly we looked the better side, but i realise that counts for nothing except hope for the future.

The problems you mention will be sorted in the summer, surgery is needed and long overdue.......we have the best manager in the world - its onwards and upwards.

Too many ifs at the moment. Great play, we just can't get the goals. The amount of posts, just wide, just over are too widespread for us. Then a mistake in defence generally leads to a goal. Sadly Chelsea game was Groundhog Day and a undeserved loss.

Played ok looked safer at the back Kompany did well, as did Delphi in midfield, two bad goals keeper should have first. penalty was stone wall, they created little more. We are missing a lot of chances and need to start taking these. On another plus point I thought with Stones and Kompany we looked a lot more dangerous at Corners etc. Still miss two fullbacks.

it was liverpool away revisited, we know what needs doing, if we had chelsea's back 5 we would have won the league by a country mile.
get ready for the goodbyes, there are going to be quite a few of them
