The pre match thread was horrendous. I had to ask them to cut out the arguments. Might as well be speaking a foreign language. Why do the pre match and match threads attract so many keyboard warriors and budding Danny Murphys, eager to spout nonsense? I'd be happy to see the back of such threads, but I don't think the gaffer will go for that.

Its the same posters who post the same negative shite , looking for an argument not sure which one and cant be bothered looking , he was slagging Zinchenko off and yet he was very good in his last appearance and has followed it up with another great game against Chelsea
But you can guarantee the same clown will post the same shit the next time Zinchenko is picked , just no pleasing some bluemoaners.

Just two questions ;)

1, when Steffen picked up the back pass he was in the penalty box why was the free kick to Chelsea outside the penalty box?

2, when the Chelsea player took a corner kick and kick the corner flag as he went to kick the ball. Why was it retaken ?
I thought regardless of him kicking the flagpole the kick had been taken. Or did the corner flag foul him lol

I’m not very happy with Micah.

Pushing the Sty line that Phil isn’t starting enough, but no mention of the fact that he’s been in the team for our CL games.

Very poor all round.

Loved our energy today. As soon as possession was lost we very quickly got everyone behind the ball. Which meant when we got the ball back the transition to attack was so much easier. Superb all round. Do the same against Utd. Replace Bernardo with Jesus to play wide left and drop Phil into the midfield.

Retake the corner was the correct decision according to Law 17
