Keep Morata quiet and we can win this one. Morata has pace which worries me slightly against Stones and Otamendi.

Get the hardest workers on the pitch and you name Toure? That team would get twatted, in fact I think you're wumming because nobody is that daft.
 
This game on Saturday will be a good 1 to see how far we have come this season. The defence there is question marks over even after so many clean sheets in a row in the league. I think midfield is the key. What or who will they play to keep Silva and KDB quiet. So you would be expect Kante and maybe Bakayoko will be asked to do a job on our guys as both have been in great form. But who they decide to play behind Morata will Hazard be ready and fully fit for the game? I not too sure. Also defence with Luiz out they will play Cahill with who? There other centre backs have not been tested yet so this could be a huge game for them there first real test in a big time game.

So what we do and how we play its anyone guess.
I am not too sure on Delph at left back I would have Danilo in there also not sure if Ottamendi will be strong enough. You would hope between him and Stones they would cope well with Morata.

My attacking line. On form the 3 should be Sane , Aguero , Sterling.
I wouldnt be shocked to see Aguero or Sterling coming out for this game in place of Jesus.

The rest of the midfield picks itself. Feel Gundogan is pushing and if he plays 30 minutes in the second half he could well be a good impact player to come on.

  • Gundogan would play a huge part in the middle making runs into opposition's dangerous areas.

Hoping for this. Danilo to man-mark Hazard, Gundogan, KDB and Silva to pass the ball around the Chelsea midfield. Aguero to get at least 2.

I actually predicted last nights team which is something of a novelty for me, but I do feel it won't be as complex as normal as I think he will keep the majority of the team.

I would go Danilo for Delph, Sterling for Aguero (and Jesus moved to the middle). This one I am basing on the sub but I do also feel that CL is priority 1 at City so possibly it was more about keeping his best team out.

I think Ferndinho had the best game in awhile last night and Sane is in great form. So don't see the point in changing them.
 
Get the feeling this game could have a similar impact (depending who wins unless a draw of course)to last seasons game at the etihad regards the league just gives that team a massive boost,hopefully we get a reverse of the game at the etihad with us winning it 3.1 this time..
