What do you call a collection of arses? I don't know either but there are 3 of them here.
What about these choices:
KDB or Alonso
Sterling or Pedro
Sane or Willian
Stones or Cahill
There is no question that Kyle Walker is better than Moses
As for the other comparisons would you take Courtois in place of Ederson or Morata in place of Jesus? Neither would I.
Where was the question "Who would you rather watch?"?
We have the stronger squad - I think everyone agrees with this.

But they are playing at home and are no pushovers and we are missing 3 players who likely would have started if not injured. We might easily lose if we're not at our best (I expect that we'll win, but a draw would be a good result too).

Must admit I have no argument with any neutral taking Courtois over Ederson, most people have seen Courtois over several seasons but Ederson for a few games.
Moses over Walker is absurd

Then again, having watched Ederson this year (City bias notwithstanding) - no way I'd take any keeper in world football over Ederson for Pep's system right now other than Neuer - Ederson is the perfect keeper for our system and has performed phenominally - early days, yes, but I can only judge by how he's played so far this season.

Ffs all I read every where is ,it's a first real test for city .
In fact it's the other way round.
This is going to be the 2nd test for City IMO (Pool would have been the first but had a man sent off - Shaktar are a really good side and were our first real test - this will be the third extremely good side we face and should they not have a man sent off will be out 2nd big test, especially away).

I agree with his speed of the line and outstanding distribution Ederson is made for Peps tactics and I wouldn't swap him for anyone (possibly including Neuer) but for Chelsea these attributes just aren't as important and Courtois has shown himself to be a fine shot stopper over several seasons.

Courtois may well fit Chelsea's system better, where shot-stopping is at a premium - hard to say though, b/c Ederson is so good at shot stopping too - haven't seen enough of him in this area though so far this season though as we have the ball so often he's rarely called upon to display his shot-stopping skills.

A test today. A lot riding on this. Will they handle it? I was thinking a draw before Aguero. I will change that to a City win as I think they will step up.

But it's a well known fact that if City win, it's because the opposition were poor. However, if scum, dippers or Chekski win it's because they are unstoppable. :)

I wouldn't go with a back 3 today. Chelsea have been playing it for 1 year and appear to have nailed it. We still have teething problems

That's irrelevant.

It's not about what Chelsea are used to playing, it's what they're used to facing, and they don't play 3 at the back sides very often.

Chelsea are going to be used to their formation no matter whether we play 433 or 352, but if Pep goes 352 it will be because it exploits the weaknesses of the 343 Chelsea play, and because Chelsea only play against opposition playing 352 maybe 3 or 4 times a year, they aren't used to dealing with the problems it asks them.
