You could at least have given him a likeI’m honoured that your second post in 9 years is in reply to me. :-)
Never a dull moment here. First game and some have picked up where they left last season.Match day thread will be rocking soon.Absolutely bonkers some blues!
We won the last game Rodri didn't play 5-1Apart from Villa away, Liverpool away and Bournemouth away where we were outplayed by all three, Chelsea were one of our toughest opponents last season. I thought Chelsea were harder to play against than Madrid were.
A couple of things though - Pochettino (who seems to have tactics that Pep always struggles against) isn’t there anymore, and Gallagher who played like a man possessed against us won’t be playing.
However, it also looks like Rodri won’t be playing for us and we haven’t won a game without him for what feels like years.
So a draw will definitely be a good point today. Really looking forward to this, I think it’s always better to have a tough game to start the season with, heightens everyones’ focus and intensity.
You are malg and I claim my caviar. Can see this being a draw tbh, which wouldn't be the worst result in the circumstances. Chelsea have virtually a fully fit squad to pick from and home advantage, plus new manager "bounce", whereas we'll be missing a few important players and have a looked a bit off the pace in pre-season. Would be absolutely delighted with a win.
I'm fed up looking at this fucking idiot coming on here spouting absolute nonsense!I've read some bollocks on here but have to congratulate you on that last paragraph.

And we beat rag 6-3 without Rodri. Gundo played in his role.We won the last game Rodri didn't play 5-1
