Shows what happens when you get the pricing right

Call me old fashioned , but do you not think that some dodgy fans may be thinking i`ll order my ticket even though i have no intention of going, pay half price, get the points, knowing that someone has already booked travel and will pay whatever for the ticket.

Happens every away game sadly

That's "up to 550" tickets according to the description of the boat: <a class="postlink" href="http://www.silverfleet.co.uk/our-venues/the-silver-sturgeon" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.silverfleet.co.uk/our-venues ... r-sturgeon</a>

550 is just over 18% of available tickets.

I Wonder if "waiting list" could be a euphemism for we'd held some tickets back In case Tricky/Glicky can get more corporates on another boat!

Cheeky fuckers.

Appease people with half price, but stop loads going in favour of a corporate jolly!

Let them eat cake indeed.

In fairness, I've just been tweeted by a long-standing fan (30years, home & away) who says he'll be on the boat so at least some of these tickets must have been made available to ST holders. In which case, the annoucerment about the sell-out could have been worded rather better.

True.

Still irks that such a scheme even exists though.

was waiting for today to get them, but missed out, 3 out of 5 of us did at least. Train tickets booked and non refundable so a day out prematch and then a nip over to theight bells or the old ship fulham to watch it on telly, meet up witht the other 3 after, bit gutted but shit happens,

I saw that boat trip before and thought it ashame some tickets were alloted to a coporate gig when they must have know half price would increase demand

Anyone got any advice for driving. As in best place to park and then either tube in or overland train in to West Brompton. Was thinking of Watford Junction to West Brompton.
