Absolutely. If Dias, Zin, Rodri /Fern , Gundogan , Debruyne , Bernardo, Foden dont get sizeable game time @ Villa theres a danger of losing more points in the title race . Surely PL is ahead of CL , then LC and FA ? Or am I just raving ?

You are raving! Sure, the Premier League will always be my most desired trophy each season. But when you have room for error in it and zero room for error elsewhere, only a fool then sees the Villa and Palace games as the ones to rest players in preparation for. We want to win as many trophies as we can, not just one. Even if that one is the most important one. I am proud that we have a manager that sees it this way. We want to be historic. We may ‘fail’, but I am happy that we are committed to going for it.

I wonder how seriously Chelsea will take this.
They are competing in 3 competitions too.
Champions league.Win that and they are back in it again.
Top 4 in the league and also the FA cup.
A similar situation for United.
Will they prioritise the Europa league and down tools in the premier league as realistically there chance of winning it is very low and they have all but guaranteed a top 4 finish.
There is a good chance that both Arsenal and United will play each other in the Europa league final.

United and Chelsea will also have to rest players if they want to continue in their cups and also attain champions league qualification.

Pep will play full strength for this, always has for important cup games, other than goalie.

Thing is, I've absolutely no idea what Pep regards as his top team!

Reading the Chelsea forum they are petrified of KDB actually quite amusing seeing as they sold him. majority view seems to be that tuchel will rest players as they see top 4 and champs league semi v real as the big priorities. To say they aren’t confident is an understatement!
