The only positive from this game is that it confirms what Pep already knows: that none of today's starters (apart from Ederson and Diaz) will play in the Cl final. It was a truly dire performance from players who should have been fresh and had a chance to step up. People can talk as much as they like about our squad depth but City fans know it's a bit of a myth.

I am scared we are going to miss a pen in CL final too and its gonna cost us dearly.

What Kun did there at 1-0 up is horrible, if its 6-0 its ok to do a pen like that, but at 1-0 in a game like this , he deserves whatever he gets from Pep and it wont be full of praises...

Second half we were absolute shit, we did not get a clear pen, we are not Man United for sure who get pens for half of these faults too.
But Chelsea scored two and scored two more which were just offside, they nearly caught us out on those too.

Rodri, Ake, Mendy all were imo rubbish and the rest too to be fair.

Hopefully it was just a trick from Pep to try to mask our tactics for the CL final, as if we do this formation with wahtever line up it wont work. We need to pay to our strengths, this formation sucks for us.

Go back to false nine for one more game in the final. We need big revamp of the squad in the summer, a top top striker who will make it worth to change from false 9 system because Kun and Jesus aint that...
Upgrade on Mendy, replacement of Fernandinho is a must. And then we have to see how Sterling's contract pans out, I would not be against cashing in on him and get a technically much better wide player. (Rather than give in to his contract demands as he nowhere near deserves 300K or above that.)
