I hope we smash them in the final but I’m certainly not confident right now... I’m fucking angry

Fuming.
There were few players today who can hold their heads up.
No wonder they know that they don’t play regularly. That performance was awful.
We were never going to get that pen v Raz given. Disgusting officiating.
I think we all know why.


I’m putting £50 on them to beat us in CL.
If we win, I’ll happily take the £50 loss.
 
We have a serious disparity in quality from our first 11 to second string.11.

honestly i think the quality goes from champion quality to championship quality.

needs addressing..

i would Rather see academy players, than the same wasters, losing every time they play

The way he’s played against us, that is more than chance. I have a feeling, and AIML is my area, that he has brought in AIML to data mine how our players play.

Because the difference between Pep and other coaches is that Pep has a rigid system. A brilliant and effective one, but a rigid one. Rigid systems are the easist to mine because the probability of chance is very low.

And a rigid system has a formula, or in my field an algorithm. Crack that formula and the weaknesses get found out.

Imagine how chess grandmasters get beat by AI, or Go grandmasters get bet by AI.

What I saw today was chelsea players knowing when to overcome our press and our patterns of passing. Its by no means perfect from chelsea, but it is stubborn.

What Pep has to do now is to read how Tuchel reads us. We won’t be able to read it from chelsea playing against other teams, because his tactic today was specifically for us. Hence why I believe Tuchel has got Pep’s number. Not by chance, but by hardwork in analysing our formula.
 
That was so poor - we got what we deserved, nothing.
But the team selection / unbalanced formation / weak midfield is difficult to fathom.

Unforgivable for Aguero to take a penalty like that in such an important game. We’d have been on the lash now if he’d have scored it but I can’t remember feeling so low for a long time.

Ake isn’t to blame here, if that’s what your getting at. He was really good in the first half, but looked knackered late on in the second. That’s understandable as he was covering that useless **** at left back.
 
Poor today... we were brilliant on Tuesday but so many changes - whilst inevitable really broke the back of the team... a few were struggling with fitness like Ake, a few have lost form like Torres and Sterling and a few have made it clear that they just ain’t good enough. We will move on but lessons will be learned... some of the squad need to be moved on because a few individual performances today were well below the standard we have set in recent years.

Newcastle looked good against Leicester and will play with freedom, not going to be a push over.

Surely all he's got to do is watch previous City games
 
This loss was on aguero. Pep played it well, we missed a penalty and although we struggled at times it was our b team.
 
Weekend celebrations ruined…
A disgraceful proformance all round.
Chelsea rubbing their hands for the final.
Ridiculous line up to sow up the league.
Mind boggles.
