What's with the home form this season? 4 defeats and (IIRC) two draws. 16 points gone west. Yes; the away form has been exceptional, to counter that. But it's still frustrating to lose that many points at home. And yes; I'm aware that other teams have also been mediocre on their own patches.

You underestimate the all consuming power of the family stand sucking the ball into the net.

Really disappointing defeat given the prize on offer.
However this game will be a non entity within the next week.
We will win the Pl and not leave it to the last game.
Chins up fellow blues and if you want a crumb of comfort it makes the dippers chances of the CL far more difficult.

The psychological advantage for Tuchel will be huge. They will feel very confident in beating us in the final. If Tuchel had been manager from the start of the season the season would've gone down to the wire. We're lucky he took over mid season. For me Chelsea are a better team than us right now. Brilliant in defense and could've easily scored 5-6 today. Pep has pressure on himself with a diabolical team selection.

i'm fascinated by the way they play tbf. pains me to say it mind.

They play with 8 defensive players, yet are also very threatening going forward. Very tough side to play against

It’s just a little frustrating for all the fans. Ruined everyones weekend but you just knew Pep would pick his weakest team. It’s not what the fans wanted to see but Pep will be idolised again if we complete the treble.

Do you want Tuchel to have a free shot at playing our first team before a final? a free shot to go away after today game and try and work out the first team weakness? playing a second team means hes never come up against the first team of man city videos can do so much but not more than actually being there seeing the best players play in their best postions.

Pep knows this. Dont give tuchel a free shot at seeing how our 4-3-3 formation plays in person.

If Pep wants to persist with this heavy rotation every other game I think you have to drop Mendy.

Play Ake---Laporte---Dias---Cancelo,

Then let Cancelo come inside, and Ake stay back in the back 3.

Cancelo does not look comfortable being wide, and this season, his best moments usually happen when he plays more inside with Rodri/Dinho.

He isn’t good enough and Z is a game left back rather than an outstanding left back. Torres has a lot to do this summer.
