Do you want to win this game? If so isn’t it better to play a stronger first 11? Like I said before if we win great but if not we have handed our champ league finalists a psychological advantage.

Just think what it does to their heads if we win with our B team.
If we lose then there is no psychological advantage knowing you've just beaten a team that you know you won't be playing in the final, they might as well be playing another club.
Regardless, it keeps our cards close to our chest and keeps them guessing.
