City need to go fairly strong for this match for two reasons:
1. To close out the Premier League title.
2. To set down a marker for the Champions League final.
City played a weakened team against Chelsea in the FA Cup (with good reason) and lost out as a consequence. There is no good reason to to make lots of changes for this match. OK some could do with a rest and Stones is suspended, so I would go for a maximum of three changes.
I would then make another three to four changes for the match against Newcastle. Similarily the remaining Premier League matches at Brighton and at home to Everton, can be used to give match time to Ake, Aguero, Jesus, Torres, Mendy, etc. We may see a few juniors getting sub appearances.
