Interesting selection. That back 4 had better find some instant form as they're getting no protection at all from your front 6.

Maybe we might be able to salvage a point against Chelsea if we can score 6 again.

I'm too pissed off with City last night, to even think about the Chelsea game ...... I think, if I was Pep, I'd just scrap our entire defence and start again, get defenders in who stick together, stay fit, don't bottle under pressure, and look as though they actually want to be here .... Pep just can't rely on this current lot that we've got at the back anymore.

Playing Nunes at full back is ridiculous, he's not even that effective or dependable in midfield, never mind in trying to mark and stop tricky wingers .... he wouldn't have got anywhere near the City squads of a few years back.

Surely our minds will still be on that gutless second half defensive shambles in Paris last night as we face Chelsea, if Pep plays one or two of the new signings it might hopefully lift the rest of the team a bit , but the best i can see is us doing is scraping a draw.

Go there on Saturday expecting nothing and then you will not be disappointed with the outcome.

Yeah given what we've seen from Pep in the last 5 months, and over a longer period to be honest, to see a u-turn like that would be astonishing.
Using 2 CBs he's had for less than a week, who are youngsters, don't speak English and haven't played our setup at all just isn't happening I'm afraid

100M to not play CB for 6 months. Only Pep. He has no other option. I can see 1/2 starting within 2 weeks.

we havent beaten anyone of these yet this season neither anyone half decent in CL yet. apart from Chelsea in first round of PL back in middle of August.
