Awaiting fitness updates on Walker, Sterling, Fernandinho etc. But we have to go as strong as possible, it will be 8 days until the next league fixture and we can rotate heavily against Basel in between

I really think Kev needs a rest he’s looking exhausted and we need him for champs league. Not sure why he played so much last night.

Has he actually played every game this season ? I don’t recall him not playing.

this will be a tougher game than most think, Chelsea will be up for this unlike utd game and we are both attacking team. Conte has to go for it they need the points so this will be open

Think de Bruyne and Danilo run around like kids playing in the park who just don't want to hear their mums calling them in.

Chelsea's defence is highly susceptible to pressure and even when 'that lot' weren't pressing them last week, Chelsea's defenders continued to take unnecessary risks and gift opportunities.

We can afford to rest a couple against Basel.....

We have to go full strength against chelski as they are a very good team.

Pep said last night he thinks Walker will be ok.
Sterling i think will at least make the bench.

Stones may play as playing Kompany again would surely be a risk? You expect one of stones or Laporte to play against chelski to give either Kompany or Otto a rest.

Vs Basel we could rest KDB and play Bernardo Silva more centrally. I also suspect we will play GJ vs Basel and give Kun a rest and Sterling may get a start as well. Maybe even Bravo will play vs Basel?

Not sure of the update on ferna....?

Bernardo has hit a bit of form so he starts and Sterling can enter the game as required, so can Gabby Jesus

I suppose it's all about our defense, can Kompany play a third game in seven days and are Walker and Fern fit?

If no Kompany, then Stones
No Fern, then Gundogan
No Walker, then Danny at RB and Zinchenko at left
