It’s no secret I’m a big royalist but the Queen’s passing has brought out the ridiculous in some people and organisations.
That’s up there with one of the funniest I’ve seen.

I take it you don't work in retail?It is, read the rules, any business can open if they choose to, I guarantee your go locals and premier shops will be open, it is not compulsory

I saw this - I think it turned out that the rack is in front of the Town Hall in the place where they asked people to leave flowers for the Queen.
