Chelsea-Liverpool, United-Leeds, Brighton-Palace all off, rest of the games on (pg 128)

PSV fans another bunch to be left out of pocket with the Arsenal game off.

On top of Napoli this week its a real downer for footy fans, would be gutted if they did that to us.

Why cant the army get involved in security?
Army on the streets is not a good look even if there were any where near enough to do it

Still cant believe why people dont get why games are cancelled when the biggest event in our last seventy years needs policing

You should be happy. It gives Potter more time to work with that shower of shite;)

Yeah I don’t personally mind it for selfish reasons but I can also acknowledge it was a stupid decision to cancel last week’s games. We have a CL game tomorrow, but otherwise it’s kind of a little preseason for Potter :)

Army on the he streets is a massive no no in this country

I and no doubt a lot of other true City fans don't 'Hate your lot' in fact I have always quite liked the Toffee's (despite many a running battle leaving Goodison over the years!) and their fans. Its a Red vs Blue City like ours and I fking hate red, both Manc and Scouse versions! I also have a few mates who are Evertonian's and are great lads, one is a good friend of 'Andy' and is brilliant company!
I never use Evertonian's in the same breath as those disgusting vile bastards across the park from you mate!
Seconded..

With the exception of United, I always supported English teams in Europe etc as a kid/growing up, including Liverpool. I particularly favoured Everton as I always thought them to be my 'other' Blue team, especially with the great players they had down the years (I admired especially Alex 'The Golden Vision' Young, Colin Harvey and Kevin Sheedy)

However, in recent years since The Sheikh arrived, I've changed my view and certainly wouldn't support clubs such as Liverpool or Arsenal in Europe ever again.

That change of heart is down to the behaviour of the 'Red Collective' which has been behind countless attacks aimed at undermining City's growth over the past decade. Liverpool and its supporters have been especially culpable, with some appalling behaviours both on the pitch (eg the reactions to the Ederson and Yaya Toure injuries; the booing of the National Anthem three years ago at Wembley etc) and off it (hacking our computer system; organising letters of complaint to the PL and UEFA etc)

Like you, it does give me pause for thought when I have a pop at Liverpool and its supporters for these actions. Using the term 'Scouse' isn't specific enough sometimes and could be taken as including Evertonians in the criticism, when that isn't the intention!

Good luck to Everton, anyway. If they were to win a pot any time soon, so long as it wasn't against us I'd be cheering them on!

The issue was last weekend. No reason to cancel then apart from rush to be seen to do right thing. Was always going to be logistical issues this weekend.
