If he does that, it's going to be veeery hard to challenge them

I fully expected it really.

Well done Chelsea and more thumbs up for making the arrogant bitter reds show their face.

We have done shit in Europe so far but i wanted Chelsea to win so why utd fans are bitter makes them look...well...bitter and sore.
I don't really understand that mentality and certainly can't relate to it.

I don't think it's exactly Mystic Meg stuff to predict that Chelsea will be formidable next year. Good! Football would be boring without competition, even though United want it to be that way.

It wouldn't even make me raise an eyebrow if it was the case Mat.

I have not even clicked the thread for his retirement.
He did that 5 or so years ago imo as far as those who follow European leagues and competitions are concerned.
Even my rag dad doesn't get it and changed the subject.

INCOMING Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho wants to pip Manchester City to Roma star Daniele De Rossi upon his return to the club.

Italy midfielder Daniele De Rossi has emerged as a transfer target for Chelsea

Mourinho has been widely reported to leave Real Madrid for Chelsea this summer, with Blues midfielder Frank Lampard going as far as saying a comeback for 'The Special One' will instigate a title challenge.

And with outgoing boss Rafa Benitez claiming Mourinho could have as much as £100 million to blow on new players before next season, speculation is rife as to who the Portuguese tactician will look to bring in.

Strikers Robert Lewandowski and Edinson Cavani have moved ahead of Falcao on the Chelsea shortlist, while Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini and German forward Andre Schurrle have been heavily linked.

However, according to Italian sports paper Gazetta dello Sport, Mourinho also wants to secure the signature of experienced Italian international Daniele De Rossi for a fee of around £10m.
