Why hate to say it ? I gets funnier. Wouldn't be funny if he played for us, mind.
He was a fantastic player at his peak. Remember the first part of his time at Liverpool? He was just as good as the recently departed racist cannibal. He went slightly off the boil in his last few months there, and he's been abysmal at Chelsea. It's sad to see someone so talented turn into shite in such a relatively short space of time. Will he ever get ''it'' back? Unlikely, I'd say.

I have never seen such a gifted, confident, illuminating talent descend so rapidly into an athlete bereft of composure with the ball. It's strange.

I don't think so either, he's now 30 years old which is hard to believe. There are strong rumours that say Liverpool said he was fit to play even though they knew he had a bad injury, he could feel it himself. I think that's how he lost his burst of acceleration and power

The only club to laugh out of all of it were Newcastle United, which is funny because they've become a laughing stock over the years with Ashley in charge.

Chelsea will be our biggest challengers this season.

They have a very strong squad and look in a much better position than last season. The forwards Costa, Lukaku and Drogba are a lot better than the 3 last season who were nowhere near good enough.

We can't deny just how good Mourinho is and they will be serious challengers this season - even closer than last.

if we finish above Chelsea, we'll win the league.

I would not swap Pellegrini for Maureen, aside from that I agree with this

Think chelsea,s lack of firepower will be there undoing again unless they can costa upto prem speed straight away keep him fit for a full season and hope he doesn't miss not having a winter break think ghats what done navas and negredo last season!

I'm not sure, Is Drogba better than E'to, don't think Lukaku will stay. Costa we'll see but I'm not sure he wasn't a one season wonder in the right team at the right time.
Is Fabregas better than Mata ? I'm just not convinced they have a much better squad than at the start of last season especially without Lampard and Cole. Plus Terry is another year older.

I agree with the last sentence, but disagree a lot of the rest.

I'm not sure they are any stronger than last season. Yes they have bought Fabregas, Luis and Costa but they are still very lightweight in the middle of the park, Matic is a big lad but im not sure they have anyone to play alongside him.

Their defence is their strongest attribute, but now Azpillicueta will be moving to RB that might make their left side a bit weaker as he was a rock for them last season, but they have signed Luis and despite him being a good LB it will take him time to adapt.

Again i agree that it will be out of us two but i wouldn't swap anything that they have for anything that we have
