Any other club and that might be shocking, but it's pretty much you expect from that lot.

what a fucking disgraceful set of twats.

Do all clubs have them ? Yes 'course they do. But Chelsea have always been the club of choice for all the west London Nazis so have always had more than their fair share of right wing racist bigots, I'm just surprised they stayed under the radar for a few years recently.

People say it happens at every team - NO IT DOESN'T.

I've watched City home and away for years now and never seen anyone racially abused in that manner. Absolutely embarrassing behavior & for no-one to say/do anything was just as bad.

They should be banned from their next European away game.

Chelsea Fans Stop Black Man Boarding Train

Chelsea have condemned the behaviour of fans who prevented a black man getting on a train in Paris as "abhorrent".

A video shows the commuter trying to board a metro train at Richelieu-Drouot station in the French capital.

A group of supporters are seen shouting and gesturing at the man and chanting "Chelsea, Chelsea, Chelsea", before pushing him onto the platform as he tries to step into the carriage.

When he tries again to board the train, the man points to a space where he could stand but is pushed back as he steps forward.

The fans then chant: "We're racist, we're racist, and that's the way we like it."

The supporters are also heard chanting: "Where were you in World War Two?"

They are believed to have been travelling to the Parc des Princes stadium for Chelsea's Champions League game against Paris St Germain on Tuesday night, which ended in a 1-1 draw.

British expatriate Paul Nolan, who filmed the incident on his phone and posted it on The Guardian's website, said: "He was obviously completely shocked when they pushed him off.

"I don't think he realised who they were. He then tried to get on again and got pushed off a second time."

In a statement, Chelsea said it will take action if members are found to have been involved.

"Such behaviour is abhorrent and has no place in football or society," the club said.

"We will support any criminal action against those involved, and should evidence point to involvement of Chelsea season-ticket holders or members the club will take the strongest possible action against them, including banning orders."

Kick It Out chairman Lord Ouseley said the anti-discrimination body would support any prosecutions.

He said: "Chelsea need to make it quite clear, once again, that people who carry their prejudices around, please don't come to football.

"We need to see that reinforced by all clubs, because it's happening right across the country, not just one team.

"These attitudes are attitudes that are in our society and football can play a major part in helping to draw attention to ways in which we need to help people to change their attitudes."

Sky's Nick Ravenscroft said it was unclear whether the club could be punished by the football authorities over the incident.

He said: "The question is whether this is included in the remit of UEFA (European football's governing body) and whether it is deemed to be at the stadium.

"It took place some distance from the match, so whether that would mean that the club could be punished, it is impossible to say."

I don't think the club should be punished - not much they can do to control the racists when not on their patch.
There's enough video to identify a few of them, so hopefully they can be dealt with in the courts somehow, either here or in France.
The club should do the right thing though, and contact the victim to make some offer of compensation for the embarrassment he suffered.
