You are not the only one. I see it the same way. His foot does not hit the ground after the pass. To me, it is s clear follow-through that happened to catch Matic in a bad spot. Clearly no intent and I think s red card would have been very harsh.

Completely agree. I would be throughly embarrassed of the mockery the club has become. They not only play anti-football, but also have the worst mentality. shame on him. The conspiracy tactic is clearly his only motivation tactic. As a fan I would say "we have spent a fortune on bringing in quality players and now we have to blame the ref, the FA, other teams, because we cannot score more than one goal. That is the definition of not good enough. "
