How good is Douglas Costa? is he improvement on Willian or is he more a Oscar replacement or is he a squad player signing?

...but he looks like he has the skill and pace to beat a man, doesn't seem to go to ground very easily, puts in a pretty good cross and knows where the net is (from a distance)
