I dont think i can ever remember a team who start like a train keeping it going, they always hit bad patches, usually around November things change. A few injuries will slow them down as well. Just so long as we stay in touch we will be right up there with them.

They do look impressive so far, but have had a relatively easy start to the season (trip to us aside). They've got a few more tricky fixtures coming up so it'll be interesting to see how they cope. Sadly, can see them taking nine points from the next three league games (Arsenal home, Palace & United away) but you never know.

It's when CL becomes tricky when they lose most of their points usually.

What's the most goals scored in a season record? Think Costa will break it this season.

Although Chelsea are playing well just now I still think we have a better and stronger squad then them.
When it gets to the top end of the season when you have play two hard games a week Chelsea will drop points.

City just need to stay with them just now, and keep the pressure on them, as they said Costa can't play two games in a week and who do they have then, Drogba, to old and was brought in to increase shirt sales.

Cannot help, but laugh at this quote. So it's takes a pair to play suicidal football and make your team lose?

Chelsea have great balance and Mourinho is the best manager at putting together a team. They are not a perfect team, but they are too strong for most teams in the league and I don't see them losing much. The key players they need to keep fit are Fabregas and Costa. I picked them from the start and still fancy them to win the league.

Well that's how it went in his first spell. We just got ahead early and didn't let up, even when the title was won. November is typically our worst month though.

He didn't have anything to do with that though. It was a personal complaint from Mikel. Mourinho wasn't even here.

Was talking about this the other day. Chelsea seem to have a habit of starting the season like a house on fire and then faltering towards the end. City meanwhile seem to be acquiring the happy knack, the same knack the scum were reputed to have, of picking up steam as the season progresses and then finishing in almost unbeatable form. I know which way round I would rather have it.
