What's the most goals scored in a season record? Think Costa will break it this season.

IIRC 31 in a 38 game season, 34 in 42 game season
What's he on? 9 in 6? He'll keep that up for the whole season I'm sure, just too lethal unfortunately.

So he'll finish with 57 goals?

But wasn't he supposed to flop in the premier league? Because it's so intense, or something?

Chelsea look very very good. And Costa will finish too scorer. Wish I could find the thread about him when he was at Atleti and someone on here was convinced he would flop in the premier league!

I'll be surprised if Chelsea lose more than 3 games in premier this season! The big headed one did say chelsea will get over 90 points

They do look impressive so far, but have had a relatively easy start to the season (trip to us aside). They've got a few more tricky fixtures coming up so it'll be interesting to see how they cope. Sadly, can see them taking nine points from the next three league games (Arsenal home, Palace & United away) but you never know.

The media are in full on Jose wank mode. "When Jose's Chelsea start well they never get caught"

I agree that we'll have to be really on it to keep up with them, but they will stutter. I think they are favourites for the title, but a lot depends on Costa keeping his form or fitness. If either of those slip then we will be in.
