Only just in november & they are now 1/4 to bag the title........
Well; at the moment, we're making it easy for them. And bear in mind; they've already played at The Etihad, The Swamp, Anfield and Goodison. So they've played a large portion of their ''difficult'' (on paper) away games already; only The Emirates to go. Can't see them dropping 8 more points than us in the remainder of the season, to be honest.
That was before our game, they are now 1/6.......I think thats the shortest price in the history of the prem for a team at this stage, staggering

I honestly think they could top 90 points which would mean we would have to win maybe 23 games out of our next 27 & even draw a couple, then again they could hit a shit run :)

I don't think Diego Costa's hammy is going to keep going game after game, especially with champions league as well. VDV used to play with an iffy hamstring and would only play an hour or so. Remy is another one who is injury prone too, they may struggle upfront for goals then.

Luckily for them Oscar, Fabregas and Hazard will chip in with some goals, even the likes of Ivanovic and Terry will be good for a few

I think it's fair to say they'll piss the league this season. They don't really have any weaknesses and all of the challengers, including us, are well off the pace. Not convinced they'll go the season undefeated as many are suggesting, but can't see them dropping many points. Ominously, it's a relatively young squad who will only get better.

Typical Mourinho team, more machine than football team, brilliantly effective but I wouldn't pay a penny to watch them.

Why would you not pay to watch players as classy as Oscar or Hazzard or Schurle or Fabregas or those that work like Beavers such as Matic or William ?

Make no mistake this is a fantastic football side and our biggest challenge to date domestically.

I think they're getting a bit overhyped at the moment. Certainly the best and most balanced team in the league presently, but I don't think they're a perfect team by any stretch of the imagination. I think there are still several teams in Europe that are a level higher, specifically Bayern and Madrid.

Have to agree. I don't think Chelsea will win the league and they may be embarrassed by a couple of teams in the CL. Should win the league though.

EDIT

In Fabregas they have all the benefits that City had with Toure (before this season), except Toure is stronger and has great burst from midfield, but they also have the same problems City have with Toure's weakness defensively. Basically Fabregas is an inferior version of Toure.

I honestly believe this Chelsea side is over-rated. A lot of this is the clever way Mourihno plays the London-centric media. I just can't can't see Terry and Cahill maintaining this form for the whole season. A long-term injury to Costa or Matic would also derail them. I thought we were the better side at the Etihad, even with ten men.

It is true that the team with the best defence usually finishes top, but there is a long way to go.

Time will tell but I expect City to be much stronger after Christmas when a lot of our team shake off their World Cup hangovers. I have a sneaking feeling we will get back into the race and so will Arsenal.

That said, I have been prone to wishful thinking in the past!

They have won it

Best manager
Best squad of players
That's debatable. Not sure their 'B' team would be a strong as ours. What isn't up for debate is that they are (certainly at this moment) stronger mentally.

City have the better squad and the better 11 for me, but Chelsea are just a better put together team with better balance and they have the best manager in the world.

I can see Chelsea having a minor blip, but cannot see City being 8 points better from now till the end of the season, especially considering Chelsea have already played a lot of their toughest away fixtures.
