The only reason he referred to United and Liverpool was to make the point that they are bug clubs and not made 4th.

Am I missing some irony here? Is this the same Bayern that has had one senior exec jailed for tax fiddles and another implicated in dodgy dealings for the 2006 World Cup bid? Perhaps Mourinho's standards aren't low enough for them?Correct. Love them or loathe them, Bayern are a proud club with standards to maintain. Can't see their hierarchy going anywhere near Mourinho.
Not exactly a club in need of short term success at any cost, are they?

I read it that way as well plus the usual hint that he is up for the rags job at some point in the future. He might get it if LVG finishes his contract trophy less and the family man then crashes and burns. "Super big club" ... what an arselicker.

I hope they have. If you think they're in a mess now, just think what they'll be like when he's been there 3 seasons.I wouldn't be surprised if the rags havent tapped Maureen up. Their PR department working on a LVG "Saving" the rags and Jose building on his work.
A perfect fit and those fuckers will be detested even more by football.
