Hi Marvin the vast majority of City fans sympathise with Chelsea fans, especially the long standing ones who like us were brought up on crap football with hardly any trophies. What we have absolutely no sympathy with is your owner who is hand in glove with the maniac in charge of a vast country with stockpiles of nuclear weapons. Not once has RA condemned the invasion of a sovereign country by one of its neighbours. The indescriminate murdering of civilians is a War Crime and should be punished as such. Your fans chanting the owners name during an period that was in support of the Ukranian people was abhorant. Abramovich should just hand the Club over to your management team and “do one” as we say in these parts.

I hope things work out for the proper Chelsea fans and you get an owner this time that is not a criminal mate of a lunatic.

Things will be okay for Chelsea. PL is global brand and having one of your top teams suffer will affect the brand negatively worldwide. It's also part of life in UK so Government will have time give relaxations ans they will give eventually

This is good news for the rags and the dippers. It will help ensure their regular CL qualification. Hopefully a resurgent Newcastle can imped one of them.
 
Interesting to see what this does to the Chelsea debt. Will Abramovich now want his £1.5bn back if he can’t sell or more accurately profit from a sale of the club.

His was a pointless post really. No one can predict the future. No billionaire anywhere hasn’t trampled on some people at some point.

Only a matter of time before the UAE clashes with British foreign policy. We weren't there with Matthew Hedges but the tensions are there and they will grow. UAE is intent on independence and is pursuing a policy of massive scientific investment with a space program that sees them all over the solar system in a decade. A state that has such plans isn't planning on remaining an informal British protectorate for much longer.

We still send millions in state aid to India at the same time as they spend billions on their space program. Why does UAE pursuing their own space program cause issues?
