No body is ever going to convince me that Fernandez & Mudryk are worth a combined £195M.

Nobody.

Chelsea have well and truly have had their pants pulled down there
It's a fair shout. However, I don't think you can really judge any of our players at this point in time due to the chaos of the management situation.

Messi and Haaland would look terrible at Chelsea right now.

Them losing these days is such a non-event that everyone just shrugs. Fourth on Match of the Day despite a "shock defeat". Shows you how far Brighton have come and how far Chelsea have fallen. Utter dogshit.

They'll be better next season with Nagelsmann but you get the sense they haven't had a proper identity as a team since Conte lost the plot there. Chelsea set their identity up under Mourinho - they're a team who play stodgy, organised, defensive football and use skilful, strong forward players to make the difference up. Every time they've deviated from this formula and tried to do something different (Villas-Boas, Tuchel, Potter) it's gone to shite.

Felix for their second goal. Dispossessed far too easily and he just jogs on, with no intention of even trying. I’d be fucking him right off after that.

Deserved everything they got today, Brighton. Hard working. Nice football.

The summer will be key for the choice of next manager.

Forget spending on yet even more players, just get the right manager in and let him do his work with what they have.

They are going nowhere at present.

That Felix seems so overrated to me few nice touches but he never actually hurts teams.

Brighton are a fcuking great team we will find it really hard to beat them!
So will Arsenal. In fairness though Brighton will try and play football against us and you have to be very good to beat city that way. I’d rather play Brighton than Forest away again for instance.

I think City have consistently been the best run club in the Prem, notwithstanding potential FA-FFP issues that are yet to be decided.

We are currently looking like the worst run club in the Prem, although it's been such a crazy period of upheaval for us that I think it's maybe a little early to judge the level of business model the new owners have. Don't get me wrong, I think the transfer policy so far, aside from investing heavily in youth, has appeared crazy and without much idea, but as I say, it's early.

Kante: He is still our best CDM by a distance, and I don't see anyone in the City squad or indeed any other squad anywhere near his level either. The man is pretty much the Messi of defensive midfield imo. His only Achilles heal is his propensity to injury.
I rate Kante and I like Chelsea for what it’s worth but Rodri is the best CDM in the world right now.
