Chelsea vs Spurs were outstanding in midfield, poorish in attack (lacking penetration), a good defence had some bad moments but will mature well. 3rd or 4th, I think, but won’t challenge the top two just yet. Not too far off.

Another signing, some 19 year old from inter.

I know u21s are exempt, but aren't they running pretty close to the maximum squad registration size for the premier league?

They do know it's a maximum of 25 players, of which max 17 non home grown?

Can imagine they'll be leaving some out and taking pennies for them. According to the premier league website, they already have 31 senior players and only Gilmour, Chumbawumba and Broja are 21 or under.

How can Chelsea spend so much money on players this year? Is it a case of no owner investment but as much debt as you like using the Barcelona proven method!

I think we dodged a bullet with cucurella. He sees his hair as "his brand" and wears a puma logo headband in matches he's obviously being paid for. Surprised Chelsea haven't banned him wearing another sport brand competitor.

His ego wouldn't have fit in with us.

What? You seem to be reading a lot into not much here.
