They have spent over 1 billion but they have sold a lot of players and recouped a lot, they will fail ffp but they will say with Covid the sale of the club plus them showing the way they sold as many players as possible to meet ffp, they hope it be just a fine! We will see because if they fail by 200m and just get a fine! Will over clubs who get billionaire owners think it the template!
